Collard wraps with baked falafels, steamed vegetables, avocado and quinoa on the side
I hope you don’t feel overwhelmed with tofu recipes and NO, we don’t eat only tofu here;) But the truth is that I like to experiment with it until I get it right. And my meat eater in the house will be delighted that we have tofu for dinner;) This recipe is definitely worth to try. It looks delicious but also it tastes amazing.Almond Crusted Tofu1/2 block of extra firm organic tofu1-1,5 Tbsp Tamari1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard or any spicy mustard1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes1.8 tsp ground black pepper ans salt3 Tbsp almond flour1-2 Tbsp ground flaxseedsPreheat the oven to 375 F. First in a bowl combine the tamari, mustard, salt and pepper, nutritional yeast. On a plate mix almonds and flaxseeds. Squeeze the tofu with a paper towel to remove any excess water, then place it in a marinate and use a spatula to coat evenly. After a few minutes dip the tofu into the nut mixture. When you are ready place the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for around 30 min. Serve on rice with balsamic glazed veggies.Enjoy,
