Spaghetti squash with walnuts

1/2 walnuts 5(soaked) sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp turmeric

Process everything in a food processor until you see crumbs.

Add  1-2 tbsp “Sabra” hummus ( my fav. Roasted red peppers)

1/2 baked spaghetti squash and steamed asparagus

Mix together and enjoy your lunch,
